We are not a “bar” or “liquor store.” We do not sell alcohol. We serve the drinks you WANT! We sell our time and expertise to do so.
We offer packages to choose from, or we can consult and create a custom package for your event!
Base rates (note: these are subject to change & negotiation within reason):
$350 + $29 per guest in attendance (Max 6 hours including cleanup)
or:
50 guests or less.
4-6 hours. 2 beer selections. 2 cocktail selections. 2 wine selections. Setup and breakdown, including cups, napkins, mixers, ice and cleanup. $850 (7-10 hours $1,550)
1 bartender. $25/hr (7-10 hours $30/hr)
Total: $950- $1000 (7-10 hours $1,760- $1850)

***per NC ABC LIQUOR LAWS, The HOST of the event must secure a Special Permit for “spirituous liquor” and “fortified wine” to be served there. This process takes no less than fourteen (14) business days***
***The HOST of the event secures the purchase of the alcohol. *** liq.wyd will provide cups, napkins, mixers and ice.***
***Events booked within fourteen (14) business days of the event date will have cocktails and wines with over 16% alcohol by volume (ABV) removed from the menu, as per ABC regulations.***
***Last minute events booked within seven (7) business days of event start time will incur an additional $200 booking fee and additional $15/hr per bartender required.***
*** Only respect for our bartenders is allowed. All of our bartenders are professional and reserve the right to refuse service to a guest at your event. If disorderly conduct occurs, or the bartender is uncomfortable, they reserve the right to break down and leave without discussion or refund***

In North Carolina mobile bars/bartending or mobile alcoholic beverage trucks/vehicles which SELL alcohol are not legal. NC ABC Commission permits are issued based on two elements: ownership and address (premises). Under NC law § 18B-101 (12a) "Premises" means a fixed permanent establishment. Even retail permit holders cannot conduct sales of alcoholic beverages away from their licensed premises.
However, there are some businesses that offer bartending services for parties and/or serving station rentals (mobile campers, beer trucks, etc.), but they are not able to purchase or sell any alcoholic beverages.
In that circumstance, the host of the event will obtain any required permits and give the alcoholic beverages that the host has purchased to the contracted bartenders/employees.
The bartenders can then chill bottles as needed, provide non-alcoholic mixers, glasses, stirrers, napkins, ice and any other necessary items. However, the mobile bar is simply a serving station, and the business would be paid for its serving station rental and/or the employees’ time (not the sale of alcohol).
A mobile bar/bartender cannot purchase alcoholic beverages to serve at events it attends and it cannot charge by the drink at events it attends.
